National Debt Financialand its affiliates and third-party service providers (collectively referred to as the “Company”) process and communicate information electronically with consumers and its customers. Therefore, in order for you to use the Company’s services, you must consent to receiving all communications electronically as described below. By continuing with a transaction with the Company, you are agreeing to receive all documents, disclosures and notices electronically from the Company related to your inquiry for services, your application for any services and products, any resulting services or products offered to you, this consent to electronic communications, change in terms notices, fee and transaction information, statements, consumer disclosures, state-mandated brochures and disclosures, adverse action notices, and any other information related to the services and products provided to you (collectively, “Electronic Communications”). We may contact you by telephone, electronic message/SMS or email to process your application, for account servicing, to tell you about financial products and services, and for other business purposes.
Text message communications. We use text messaging to communicate with you about your service. Normal messaging rates apply and the frequency of messages may vary. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-out of text message communications. You may opt-out of text messaging at any time by replying to any message with STOP contacting us at stop@nationaldebtfinancial.com This will end the communications from that particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by Company, and you may opt out of those in a similar fashion.
The Electronic Communications will be made available to you through our website and our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Site”), emails, texting, or other electronic communications. All Electronic Communications to you from the Company will be considered to have been made “in writing.” You should print or download a copy of this consent, the Terms of Use, and any other Electronic Communication that is important to you for your records.
This consent applies to all interactions online concerning you and the Site and includes those interactions engaged in on any mobile device, including phones, smart-phones, and tablets. By agreeing to this Consent for Electronic Communications, you agree that the Company will interact with you and process your information electronically. The Company will also send you notices electronically related to our interactions and transactions. Electronic Communications may be provided online or through your designated e-mail address or your customer portal. Notwithstanding your consent to Electronic Communications, the Company may send you paper copies of documents, disclosures and notices.
No Right to Paper or Non-Electronic Records. Electronic Communications are generally not available on paper or in a non-electronic form from us. If you do not consent to the use of Electronic Communications, this service will not be available to you. However, we may at our option provide a copy of an Electronic Communication in paper-based media as requested by you. Withdrawing Your Consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications or to the use of electronic signatures in connection with any future transactions with us at any time. We will not charge you any fees for withdrawing your consent.
